Many thanks Diane, but I have tried all of the sites and fixes you suggested
with no results thus far.

I am using Vista and Outlook 2007.

When importing the Registry Key from another computer with the same
programs, I get an error message that "Not all data was succesfully written
to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes."

I get this message just after boot and shutting down Defender, Anti Virus,
WinPatrol, Mobile Sync Center and all other processes that I can think of.

In addition, I can't find Tools/Folder Options/File Types in Windows
Explorer.

Can you or any other MVP's give me a hand?

I was able to download the file from Slipstick, convert to .reg and import it.  I then rebooted, but still get the same message when I try to open a link from Outlook 2007.
