I do have outlook 2003. I have not been able to sincronize it with my
hotmail account. When I go to tools/ send/receive - Send/receive all I do
get Microsoft office outlook. A connection to the server could not be
established. http://services.msn.com/svcs;/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now in
offline mode. Any sugestions? Thanks.

Sorry to bother you, I was able to download the file but even though Outlook
is not running when I tried to run Outlook Connector, it gives me a message
that outlook is running. I restarted the pc but still gives the message that
outlook needs to be closed. Any suggestions?

Before you can use the Outlook Connector you have to convert your Hotmail
account to a Live Hotmail account AFAIK....

Open Task Manager and click on the processes tab. Is outlook.exe running
there?
Most likely you have something installed that relies on Outlook and starts
up with your computer. Fax software and a docked mobile device that syncs
with Outlook are 2 common causes of this issue.

Pretty much all of them (if not truly all) have been migrated already
automagically.
