Is your organization using Microsoft Mail for its mail server? If so, you'll
need to ask the administrator for that information. If not, what kind of
mail account do you have? What version of Outlook?

No, I'm using www.nationalbarbershop.com, that is the current default account for my outlook express program. I'm using Microsoft Office 97. How can I bypass this problem to switch from OE to MO?
Thanks!

Remove the Microsoft Mail service from your Outlook profile and add the
Internet E-Mail service instead, which you can get from installing the
latest Office 97 service pack so you can get the Internet Mail Enhancement
Patch -- see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/imep.htm
