When I schedule and all day or multi-day event, it doesn't show up as an
appointment in the To-Do bar. Is there a "real" fix for this?

Currently I have to schedule an all day event as 24.5 hours instead of 1
day. With Multi-day events I have to schedule each individual day with 24.5
hours for each day of the event. That works, but its a crappy way to work
around it.

Not in the current version? I did fail to mention I am using Office
Professional 2007. Is their something more current than that?

Also, I said 24.5 hours. I meant 23.5 hours. Once it hits that 24th hour or
more, it won't show up in my To-Do list.

Outlook 2007 is the current version. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is
considering changes for the next version.

This has been a problem since it's inception. When does Microsoft plan on
fixing it? Is a year not enough time to address it?
