my e-mail server rejects my log on. does not accept my password o.

Hi there;

when i try to log on to y e-mail account i get error messages. My e-mail
server does not accept my logon name or password. Gives me following error
report:
Task'pop-server.triad.rr.com- Sending and Receeving reported error
(0x800ccc92): "Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name
and password in account properties"

I have deleted the account re-set again and put a new user name and password
nut did not work. It is so fruasturating. I need help. Please...
