Version of OL?
You will need pop3 and smtp settings, your email addy together with password
from your ISP before you start.
Then follow the Account wizard
PS Do NOT post back with personal details ie email addy and password

Your ISP should have the details you're going to need regarding servers, etc.
You can call their tech support as well.

Depends on your version of Outlook. For Outlook 2000 IMO, it's
Tools>Accounts. For Outlook 2000 C/W, it's Tools>Services. For Outlook
2002/2003, it's Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new E-mail Account>Next. Follow
the prompts, filling in the information your ISP or mail administrator has
given you.
