How do I CC someone without CC'ing the attachments?

I'm using office 2003 and I wish to CC someone, but not CC them on the
attachments. Is there a built-in way to do this?

As far as I know, all recipients (To, CC & BCC) get the same item.

Send a separate message without the attachment.
