You may need to authenticate to your outgoing server (see the "Outgoing
server" tab for your account). There's a bug in SP-1 of Outlook 2003 that
will cause this error if you're not authenticating when required by your
ISP.

Who is asking spamhaus about the server and how do I stop it from doing so?
Thanks

The ISP for whomever you're trying to reach has determined it will not
accept mail from "arabellasw.com" because that domain appears on a blacklist
site as a SPAMmer domain.

Oops. I didn't read your post far enough. Your recipient's ISP is flagging
your domain as a blacklisted domain. There may or may not be anything you
can do about it. See

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail accounts? Do you
get any error messages? If so, what are they?
