How do I save contacts from a multiple recipients as a group

Hi!

I have a problem in outlook 2003. I use my outlook for work purposes, and
when I receive a mail which is sent to multiple recipients - including myself
- I want to save all of these recipients as a distibution list. Is this
possible?

Normally I have to choose the old mail in which all of the recipients are
listed and use "reply to all". It would be far more useful for me to be able
to establish a distributionlist when I recieve the mail than having to search
my inbox for the mail, find it and push "reply to all", changing the subject,
and THEN being able to write my mail - can you see the problem?
