I have both a desktop and a laptop with Office 2007, but when I
installed/upgraded to 2007 I was not offered the opportunity to instal BCM. I
have checked and BCM is not installed or available anywhere on my computer,
whether I go to Add/Remove Programs or whether I right click the Help menu.

How can I acquire it? I have checked the downloads available and they all
seem to be for updates, not a full product. I understand it can be bought on
disc as part of an Outlook/BCM package - but I already have Outlook, and I
know from setting up several laptops recently that it is usually offered on
first installation of Office.

Any suggestions appreciated!

BCM is not included for each SKU. Which one did you bought?
Compare http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/FX101635841033.aspx

AFAIK BCM is not sold separately.

That obviously explains it - I have Office Professional Plus. Does any one
have any suggestions of alternative software instead of BCM, as it seems I
can't use that?
