No ability to Save and Close a meeting

But this is sporadic, sometimes a meeting can be saved and closed and other
times I can't save, but have to resend the entire meeting.

I truly need a fix for this, since I work with C-level execs and need to add
notes to their meetings that's only for their eyes.
