Hello,
I am conducting an email management project that entails a detailed
inventory of end user folder size for a scaled pruning directed by IT. As
such, I would love to be able to export the data that is provided in Outlook
when you go into an end user's Inbox, and click the "Folder Size" button. The
output there is perfect, a listing of all folders and subfoldres with
complete size contained in each, but there is no way to export that data into
a usable format.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Exchange 2007 mailbox?

Otherwise, I don't think you can without using a client side macro.
