I have a Contacts folder where there are images in each contact.
How can I export the data to another format to include all the details
including the pics?
What options are opened to me?
Is there a pst viewer from MS?

Outlook provides no built-in way to do produce any kind of report that includes contact images.
The .pst viewer that Microsoft provides is Outlook.

IIRC, OL2007's pst cannot be imported by OL2003 and below

Outlook 2003 can, but why would you want to, especially when there's no
need?
