We have a number of e-mails to print out for legal discovery purposes.
However, we would like to print them as just To:, From:, Subject:, Date:,
and Body, with out any of the header stuff like the name of the person
printing the e-mail.

How can this be done?

Or is outlook too evil to allow it? Perhaps using some other mail client?

No mail client is able to do this. Using Cut and Paste will probably work.

Outlook is evil, but not deliberately so in this case. Wrangling it is a
full-time job.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Tom Felts asked:

Actually, you can import into OE, and print from there. OE does not print a
name at the top like Outlook does.....

Wrangling yout e-mail client should not be a full time job....;)
