lost attachments from forwarded emails

Help,
Whenever I try to forward an email attachment it shows in my sent box as
gone with an attachment but the receiver only gets the copy not the
attachment. How do I fix that?

Or is the attachment an EXE, BAT, VBS, or similiar "program"? Outlook blocks
these automatically.

Try adding the attachments to a ZIP file and sending that instead.
