Outlook PST File Error

My PST file seem corrupt. I have run scanpst but it
reported no errors. The problem I have is that I can no
longer download messages. And I can't view some of my
previously stored emails that are contained in mail
folders. I have engaged Outlook Express in an attempt to
move my Outlook files over to Express. When importing the
files from Outlook I only get some of them not all. I'm
pulling my hair - I need to rescue all my Outlook files.
Can someone tell me if there is a way? I'm contemplating
re-installing Outlook but I have been hesitating since I
can't risk losing my existing files.

That file can't possibly have any data in it, then. Do another search for
*.pst (including hidden/system folders)...
