Forwarding a message automatically.

Hi,

I have Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Win XP.

Is it possible to set up a rule -- Tools , Rules Wizard -- where if I
receive a mail and

a) a specific word in the body of the message or subject and..

b) if a person X is not marked in the mail (neither in the TO nor in the CC
box)

Then the mail gets automatically forwarded to the person X.

Problem is in the rules wizard I can see see the option for a) but am not
able to figure out an equivalent for rule b).

Please suggest.
