Why is mail sent to msn, hotmail domains being returned? I'm using Outlook
2003 and receive my mail through Comcast server.

What's in the body of the 'bounce' or NDR (nondelivery report) you see?
What server do you send mail *through*? Your inbound server isn't relevant
in this case.

Perhaps you need to authenticate to the SMTP server in your account settings
(provide credentials). Comcast support should be able to tell you this.
