You can place a shortcut to Outlook in the Startup folder in your Start Menu
so it will start automatically upon login.
You might want to invest in an UPS though to make sure the computer can
shutdown gracefully. These kind of crashes could do some serious damage to
the integrity of your Outlook's pst-file and possibly also negatively effect
your entire computer in general.
