The changes made to Toolbar placement in Outlook 2003 don't stay beyond a
session. Everytime I restart Ootlook the Toolbars are back where they were.
What do I need to do.

More info might help. Can you save changes made to toolbars in other Office
applications? Are you on a corporate network that might be preventing
changes via a group policy setting, etc?
