How do I include the to from and subject when printing draft email

When printing a draft email for approval before sending, the to from and
Subject lines do not appear. This is using Outlook 2003. On other systems
this works fine, in fact I cant turn it off. I am sure its something simple
but I can't see it.

If you don't find an answer within Outlook toolbar, I use (free) Cute PDF
from cutepdf.com to Print in PDF and that will show To-From-Date, etc you
want as last resort.
