I am trying to insert a hyperlink that I insert in the body of my email. The
idea is to insert the link of a file path that will direct recipients to the
folder in discussion by one click of the mouse.

Simply right click and navigate to the folder+name, etc etc and insert. This
will produce the "live" hyperlink....
