Dear friends,
Can someone please help me with creating a Search Folder to search all items
in my MailBox (not only Emails, but contacts, journal entries, notes,
calendar entries, and etc.)
I am using outlook 2007, and it seems that there is no way to see all things
together.
Help is much appreciated!

Not possible as Search Folders are for mail folders only.

Right-Click on Search Folders. Choose New. Under "Select a Folder" scroll
down to the bottom and click on "Create a custom Search Folder"
Click on "Choose" next to Specify criteria.
In the box that appears click on Criteria then on the Advanced tab.

Then why under Advanced Criteria does it list ALL Outlook fields?

Because it is a generic dialog and still then, because you can put reminders
and such on mail items, you might need some appointment fields.

Which will not let you choose any folders. Clicking on the Browse button
will let you choose folders and only mail folders are shown there.

Is there any way out to get this done?
Can I have the advanced search to be saved as search folder or some new
folder?
Thanks for the responses.
