Is there any way to easily copy contacts and calendar data from OWA to
regular OUTLOOK?

I take it you mean regular OUTLOOK not connected to the exchange server OWA
is using? You need to use regular outlook connected to the exchange server
and export to a pst file, then open that on the other outlook.

Configure the Outlook client to access the Exchange server via an Exchange
account and then both Outlook and OWA will see the same data.
