Dynamic distribution lists based on categories

I would like to send email distributions to dynamic lists based on categories. For example, I would like to send an email to any contact that has the category "list1" selected.
Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know of any way to create a DL on the fly from a category, but you can
set a view in your contacts to group by category, and then select all the
ones you wish, go to actions, new message to contact.
