I need to export all the email addresses in my DL's to
Excel. I've tried using the Export function and it seems
I need to create the Excel doc first and format it
somehow so the addresses come through. I've also tried
exporting to alternative file types to then cut and paste
into excel but no luck withthe other formats either.
Please explain step-by-step how to Export correctly. All
the DL contacts are listed as their name being 'a' and
their address with no other info.

Use File | Save As to save an individual DL as text file. Open it in
Notepad, remove the lines at the top before the names and addresses, then
save. You should now have a nice tab-delimited tab file that Excel can
handle.
