because you need to actually open the mailbox directly to create a server
side rule for that mailbox - rules in your mailbox only work on that folder
when outlook is open.

Thank you to all. I logged in as that account and created the rule to work o
nthe headers and when I went into the other profile where I had the account
as an additional mailbox, the rule worked perfectly.
