How do you print an Email to show the To, From and Subject lines?

I'm having problems printing an incoming Email to show the To, From and
Subject lines at the top of my paper. It only shows the actual message and
who it is from at the bottom, but I need the whole Email printed as I see it
when I open it.

1) Read http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/931657
2) Call Microsoft Technicall support and request the fix.
At least, that's my guess.
