I have the following suggestions for Outlook:

Make it possible to sort email by domain name. That is, if a mail is from
YoM...@solarsystem.milkyway.universe.com, I would like to sort mail by the
domain name universe.com. Then I could easily review or remove all the email
from that domain.

Sort by host name. In the example above, this would be
solarsystem.milkyway.universe.com

Allow an option to sort by real email address only, not by name. I've found
when there are both, it sorts by the name when I would prefer to sort by real
email address.

Allow multiple winodws to show the list of emails so I can cross-reference
several emails at the same time, e.g. when writing a new email.

Fix the FREAKING BACKSPACE KEY!! What is up with that??? One char deleted
per second is pathetic and disgusting.

1) create search folders (or use advanced find for older versions) to view
all mail by domain or host. Custom views will also work.

2) Not sure if a custom view can handle your sort by address / name
problem - try it.

3) Doesn't right click, open in new window do the same thing?

4) Are you sure it's not something specific to your computer? My backspace
is much, much faster than 1 per second.
