All of a sudden, I cannot receive emails from my business account. I see
that OL is receiving the emails, then I get an error "Ol is unable to
connect to your incoming pop3...". I can access this account from another
computer on a different isp. furthermore, I cannot access the webmail
interface via IE. Again, I can from another computer on another isp.

I have called the isp (Time Warner) and they are bewildered, befuddled and
very willing to do nothing. My host claims nothing they are doing would do
this.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you can't access the webmail interface from IE, then Outlook isn't your
problem. You have a network connection issue, it seems, or a problem on the
server.

Thank you for the reply. I am not sure how I would go about checking
network or server issues.

Here is something I failed to mention. I have two computers running through
the cable modem/wired router. neither machine is capable of receiving or
access the interface.

Exactly what networking can you do?
