Sharing a .pst file with other people

We are three people using a shared mailbox. How can we create an archive for
this mailbox and all have access to the archive file?

I have tried to put the .pst file on a shared disk and also tried to store
it on a CD-R disc. It doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions?

Outlook can't share its files directly. See

YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information

Also Outlook needs write access to a .pst file. You can't open it from a
CD-R.

to share a PST file by default is not possible with Outlook.

Only Third Party tools can share PST files. For a list of solutions have a

I read this article but there is no review of any Third Party toll in this
artice.
