The first thing is to remove the reference to that add-in from your Windows
startup. Click Start>Run and enter "msconfig" in the Open field. Click OK.
Click the Startup tab and look for it, removing it if you see it. The
second thing is to see if there's an Outlook add-in that references the
missing file. Exactly how to do that is dependent on the version of Outlook
you use and you decided to keep that a secret.
