I need to monitor the time taken from receiving an email to replying the same
email. How can I track this in Outlook?

Is this tracking the time the recipient responds to you for mail that you
sent? You can easily do this manually or through code if you are so
inclined.

If code, check http://www.outlookcode.com for some possible samples.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Hi Evelyn,
Open the message you replied to in the INBOX.
There is a note on top "You replied on:( Date and time) click here to find
all related messages."
Regards,

Hi Dave:
Thanks for the solution. Any solution if I need to track a whole month worth
of email that I had received and had sent? ;)
