Can I access Live ID mails in Microsoft Outlook and how ?

I am having Vista and using live ID on internet.
Can I access the mails or can I send mails of live ID by using Microsoft
Outlook or windows mail ?
Pls suggest....

You can use the outlook connector with outlook 2003 or 2007 or install the
live mail client - its basically the same as Vista's Mail or OE and will
eventually replace both.
