How do I insert the "SEND" button when trying to send an email???

How do I insert the "SEND" button option so I can send an email? Where are
the answers to this question found? This keeps saying there are 100 answers
but does not give a single one of them...Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It
makes no sense to click on "compose" a message, receive the proper email
message page, type it out, and then have no way to send it, not even when
clicking onto "FILE" is there a "SEND" option....ODD isn't it???

Close Outlook and locate and rename the outcmd.dat file. This controls your
toolbars and it sounds as if it may be corrupted. Open Outlook and see if
that resolves your problem. Please post back and let me know.

(rename it to outcmd.dat_old)
