What version of Outlook are you using? In Outlook 2003 about halfway down
the first actions screen of the rules wizard I see "Redirect message to..."

Nope. Go to Tools | Rules Wizard. Create a new rule, check the radio
button for start with a blank rule (at the top). Enter your criteria and
when you get to the actions list you'll see Redirect a short ways down the
list.

Well, I don't know what to tell you; it's certainly there on mine.
I guess you could go to Help | Check For Updates and make sure you have the
latest service packs, etc, loaded but that shouldn't matter.
Wish I had a better answer for you.
