I have a task list in my public folders that our team uses to list actions
items from our team meetings. As the tasks are completed we don't want to
delete the tasks. The task list is getting quite large. Is there a way make a
copy of the public task list and archive it so we can start a new one but
still have a copy of the old one?

I am using Outlook 2003. Thanks in advance for any help.

Best regards,

Dee

You could add a .pst file to your mail profile and copy the folder into it.
