How do you send email on behalf of another user?

Hi all,

How do I send email on behalf of another user? (show as on behalf of
somebody in the from field). If I assign the "send as" permission, it will
not show as "on behalf of somebody in the form field.

set them up as a delegate in outlook - don't use send as.
