How can I link outlook to my gmail account

I would like to link outlook 2003 to my google mail account and to another
webmail account I have (www.hdwaytech.com/webmail)
webmail account I have (www.hdwaytech.com/webmail)
Is that possible, at all? if so, appreciate your advice on how to do it
