Hi,

I have Outlook 2002. I have my office email account (POP/SMTP(default)) set
up and Hotmail setup.

I want to use different signatures for each of these 2 mail accounts. I have
created one named Business and another named personal.

Now, How do I instruct Outlook that Business signature should be used with
Office account and the other one should be used with hotmail account.

In tools - options - mail format am not able to locate the dialog box for
doing this mapping.

You don't, unless you upgrade to Office 2003, which is the first version to
have account-specific signatures.

Hi Sue,

Thanx a lot for the information.

I would have been wasting my time doing needless searching.
