Outlook 2007 Sync issues with Hotmail

I'm using Windows XP sp3. Outlook version is 2007 (12.0.6514.5000) sp2

I've had a couple of issues with Hotmail not syncing with Outlook the past
couple of weeks. Sometimes it'll work sometimes it won't I've gone in and
removed the Hotmail account and the Outlook Connector and reinstalled both.
That helped for a few days then the syncing problem started back up again.

Here is the error message I receive

"Time: 10/29/2009 1:28:27 PM
Error in Mail
Error with Send/Receive.
Look for a log in the Sync Issues folder."

What steps should I take now?

It's apparently a problem with the server and we just need to wait for them
to fix it.

Thanks Diane.

I'm guessing this is a system wide thing and not just a small group? Also
any idea when this issue might be fixed?
