email addresses does not show up in the from field

I have a problem reconfiguring my view in my outlook. I have office 2003.
When I receive an email, sometimes only the name of the person shows up and
the email is not displayed. Also when I open the email out, I still can't
view the sender's email. How do I make outlook display the person's email?
