How do I create a distribution list in Outlook where the email addresses are
hidden on the message?

Create the distribution group normally. In a new message, put the
recipients/DL in the BCC field (blind carbon copy - you should see this in
View | BCC field if not using Word as email editor). Put your own address in
the TO field - it tends to help guarantee delivery (won't look so much like
spam).

If you are using Word as e-mail editor, click on the little
down arrow to the right of the Options button on the
Toolbar, and click on Bcc, and proceed as Lanwrench has
suggested.

By-the-way, I send 1,300 +- email message two to three
times a week with no address in the To line with no
problems. It may be a function of your ISP. Check with yours!

It's really a function of the recipients' antispam solutions on their server
or in the client. I think it's good practice to have *something* in the TO
field.
