I think that article is using the word "redirect" in a way that is at odds
with your definition. Outlook can't send a message you receive to a third
party and have it appear as coming frmo the original sender.

I may have answered too soon, if you see my prior post. I just looked again
and there is definitely a "redirect" action in the Rules Wizard.
