Using Outlook to manually import data
1. Launch Outlook on Microsoft.
2. Select "Open & Export" > "Import/Export" after clicking on "File".
3. Click "Next" after selecting "Import from another program or file".
4. Click "Next" after selecting "Outlook Data File (.pst)".
5. Locate and pick the.pst file you wish to import.
6. Click "Next" after selecting your preferred course of action under "Options" for emails and contacts.
7. Click "OK" after entering the password if the.pst file has one.
8. Select where you want the imported data to go: the current folder or your Microsoft 365 mailbox.
9. To begin the import procedure, select "Finish".
