You can access it in one of two ways. The first involves logging in via
another Administrator account. That account will allow you to browse to
your first account's special files and delete them. The second way is to
use a command line window. Assuming Windows XP, click Start>All
Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt. Then:
C:> CD %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files>
rmdir /s /q OLK6
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files> exit
