When I receive an email with a file attached, I save the
attachment to a directory I specify. When I "Save As", I
notice the attachment is stored in an OLK6 folder
(located in the Temporary Internet Files folder in the
Local Settings folder in my log-in-name folder in the
Documents & Settings folder). How can I access the OLK6
folder? When I use Explorer, the OLK6 folder is not
visible, even if I have selected the "show hidden
folder/file" option in Explorer. I'm using OL2002 SP3.

You can access it in one of two ways. The first involves logging in via
another Administrator account. That account will allow you to browse to
your first account's special files and delete them. The second way is to
use a command line window. Assuming Windows XP, click Start>All
Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt. Then:

C:> CD %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files>
rmdir /s /q OLK6
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files> exit

Oops. I read more into your post than you stated, giving directions for you
to delete the folder. Just CD into it if you want to see its contents.
Sorry.
