You can add new accounts in the Tools menu > Email accounts dialog but make
sure they're paid Hotmail accounts.

That depends on your version of Outlook. Outlook 2000 cannot access Hotmail
accounts. Outlook 2002 and 2003 can, but only if it's a paid Hotmail Plus
or Premium account.
