Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Cj asked:

Outlook is an email client, not an email server, so I don't know what you
mean by an "Outlook Email address" unless you mean the new Outlook Live
service, which is a paid not free service. If you just want a free email
address, yoiu can get one at yahoo.com as well as other places.

Google works:
http://www.google.com/search?q=%2b%22free+e-mail%22+%2bPOP3

You can use YahooPOPs, which is free, to access freebie Yahoo Mail
accounts using any POP3-compliant e-mail client.
