i think you have 2 separate questions here
first, to send a mail to many addresses without showing the names, just put
the names in the bcc field in outlook
second, to have an auto reply when you are out of the office with a custom
message (i'm on vacation, or whatever) use the out of office assistant if
you are using exchange
if you are not using exchange, your ISP usually has a feature with your
account that you can manage your email settings from, but you'd have to
verify with them

You can set up an Outlook rule to do the same thing as the ISP Autoreply.
Under Tools>Rules and Alerts, select New Rule. Start from a blank template
and tell Outlook to check the messages when they arrive. Click next. Select
'received in a specific date span'. Click on the hyperlink and type in the
date span of the holiday. Then on the next step, select 'reply with a
specific template'. Click the hyperlink and choose an Outlook template. You
can make your own if necessary. Then select Next, and Next again. Check Turn
on this rule, and click Finish. Then OK out of the Rules box.
One slight problem though. You need to make sure that the machine is on full
power running Outlook through the whole holiday. Anyway, hope this helps.

Unfortunately, the rule method will reply to legitimate mail and spammers
alike. Unless you don't mind confirming your address to the immediate
world, the ISP method is the better choice.

Dear,

When I replay/forward any mail how can I highlight/hyperlink the earlier
sender's mail addresses, so that I can give the earlier details. I mean where
the mail was transfered and transfered.

If help me by details. Thanks in advance.
