Hi!

My department is trying to figure out how to use a round-robin style email
delivery in order to share the work between co-workers.

Instead of fighting for emails (work), we would like to have Outlook
automatically assign these to us.

I have been trying desperatly to figure out if we could use the fax features
like Captaris or e-Fax, which would deliver the work as an email to our
inboxes.

We have a group email to which we all belong, and all of us agree that it is
taking too long to figure out who had started working on the email or
documents, and not knowing when it would be completed.

If someone has an idea what I am talking about, I would appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance

Outlook doesn't support such a feature. What email server do you use? If
exchange server, you might be able ot use an event sync.
